| July ESAGCS Meeting At The Rookery another success |

The July ESAGCS membership meeting was another great success. With more that 50 attending and 33 playing golf. Many thanks to our host Chris Adkins, joined by Scott Human, Glenda Adkins, and golf professional Butch Holtzclaw, and our membership program presenter Chuck Northan of Safety Resources, for his very informative talk and enlightening pictures
This was Round #3 of the ESAGCS Annual Championship Series with the feature pairing being that of Charlie Sheridan CGCS, Bill Shirk CGCS, Nick Brant and Paul Tidemen. It was a great match with a playoff needed to determine the ESAGCS Association Champion. On the first playoff hole Mr. Tidemen sank a birdie to secure the title. After the congratulations were over Tidemen was asked what this championship meant to him and he promptly replied "where's the beer?"
In other golf news, Joe Perry of no fixed address returned to the winner's circle with a net 66 no other scores seamed to matter after that. He too was heard inquiring about the beer! It was also reported that there was an Ed Brown citing but that has not been confirmed as of press time. Thanks to Todd Cowing for again organizing the golf.
See you at the Hog!!!
